SHIPPING POLICY

    All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney, Australia.

    Orders are typically delivered from 3 to 5 days in Australia and within 6 to 10 days for the rest of the World. The offer is non-transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. Valid only on HaidaPeople.com website. The offer is subject to change or expires at any time at the discretion of Haida People.

    Customers must pay any possible custom and taxation fees for the entrance of their goods into their territory, if outside Australia. This is up to the destination country and cannot be controlled by us. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees.

    Haida People is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the shipping address provided is wrong, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, for any problem related to delivery, please contact your local post office.

    You can track your parcel by using the tracking number sent by email as soon as the order is on its way to Australian Post office website.

    PAYMENT & SECURITY

    Haida People product prices are quoted in Australian dollars, converted in other currencies, VAT included in Australia, shipping excluded


    Haida People reserves the right to change at any time without notice in prices of products offered on the HaidaPeople.com website. The products are billed on the basis of the rates posted on the HaidaPeople.com when placing your order, subject to availability of products ordered at this time.

    Any order placed on the HaidaPeople.com website must be paid immediately when placing your order. Payment may be made by Visa, Credit Card or Mastercard. The customer must have access to a dedicated banking establishment security space which ensures secure online banking. Haida People accepts payments via Paypal.

     RETURN – EXCHANGE - REFUNDS 

    You have the option to return orders made on www.haida.co within 15 days from the day the merchandise is delivered but the delivery costs will be at your charge and not refundable.

    Products must be returned with their purchase invoice, in their original condition and packaging with their hang tags. (Contact us at info@haidapeople.com for more details)

    In case of exchange:

    - If the amount of the product(s) chosen to replace a value is greater than the amount of the product(s) returned, you must pay the difference of price in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    - If the amount of the product(s) chosen to replace a value is less than the amount of the product(s) returned, the difference of price will be refunded by Haida People accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

    In either case (exchange or refund), transportation costs incurred by the return of products are only refunded if the return is justified by the nonconformity of the goods delivered (reference error, damaged product). Haida People has the discretion to decide whether the products are in original condition when returned.
